Advertising Policy

Before we run a campaign for anyone else, we need to know who the advertiser is and that they are entitled to advertise what they are selling. Here is what we ask for, and when we say no.

A client who asks us to manage advertising must give us accurate information about its business, its products and services, its websites and applications, and its right to advertise them.

Every campaign and advertising asset that AARVYA CORPORATION manages has to comply with the law and with the rules of the advertising platform it runs on.

AARVYA CORPORATION may ask for documents or written authorization that confirm who the advertiser is, who owns what is being advertised, and how the client and AARVYA CORPORATION are related.

If that authorization or information cannot be established, or a campaign cannot be run within the rules, AARVYA CORPORATION may decline the work or stop it.
