Before you send us anything, you can see here what we ask for, where it travels, who else touches it, how long we hold it and how to have it corrected or erased.
RevisedCovers aarvyacorporation.com
You probably want to know three things before you send us anything: what we will ask for, where it ends up, and what you can do about it later. This page answers those questions for aarvyacorporation.com. When you write to us directly, or we exchange material during a project, we apply the same approach, alongside whatever terms were agreed for that piece of work.
Who is responsible for your information?
This website is run by Aarvya Corporation, a software and digital services business in Gujarat, India, which holds Udyam registration UDYAM-GJ-01-0946816. The business as a whole, rather than any one named person, answers for the way your details are treated. Our postal address appears at the bottom of this page. For anything to do with privacy, the quickest route is an email to aarvya.corporation@gmail.com, which is read by whoever is responsible for dealing with it.
What will we never do with it?
It seems fairer to state the limits first, so that you can read the rest of the page against them.
- Your details are not sold, rented out or traded with anyone.
- Nothing you send is handed to advertisers, list brokers or companies that buy sales leads.
- No automated system makes a decision about you that carries legal or similarly serious consequences.
- Children are not our audience. The site is written for businesses and has nothing designed for a child, so if you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will erase them.
What does the enquiry form ask for?
Nowhere else on this site asks for personal details, so the form is the whole of what we collect directly. It has room for:
- your name;
- the organisation you work for, if you would like to mention it;
- an email address we can reply to;
- a telephone number, only if you want to add one;
- which of our services the enquiry concerns;
- a description, in your own words, of what you have in mind;
- a tick confirming that we may use these details to answer you.
Without a name, an email address, a chosen service and a description we could not give you a useful reply, so those four are required. Leaving out the organisation or the phone number changes nothing about how the enquiry is handled. The description box is not the place for passwords, card or bank numbers, identity documents or anything else sensitive. If a project really does call for that kind of material, we will settle a safe way of exchanging it with you before anything is sent.
What happens after you send it?
Pressing the button passes your answers to a small piece of code on the server behind this site. It checks every field a second time, discards anything that is not one of the fields listed above, and turns the rest into a single email addressed to our business mailbox. Resend, an email delivery service, carries that message to us.
No database sits behind the website. Your enquiry is not saved to disk, filed in a content management system, held in a queue for later, or shown on an admin screen, simply because the site has none of those things.
From the moment the email arrives, it lives in our business mailbox. The safeguards and retention of that mailbox are what apply to it from then on, not anything on the website.
Why do we use it, and on what basis?
The details in an enquiry are used so that we can:
- understand the problem or project you are describing;
- answer you, including any questions we need to ask before we can answer well;
- put together an estimate, a proposal or a scope note when the enquiry calls for one;
- keep in touch about the work if you decide to go ahead;
- hold a record of what was said, for ordinary business and accounting reasons.
An enquiry never becomes marketing material. Sending one does not subscribe you to anything, no newsletter will follow, and only those involved in replying to you ever see it.
The tick box on the form is your consent for us to reply, and that is the basis on which we first contact you. If a project follows, we also rely on the need to carry out our contract with you, and on the record keeping that Indian law expects of a business. You can take your consent back whenever you like by emailing aarvya.corporation@gmail.com. After that, we use your details only for any record we are legally obliged to keep.
What is recorded when you simply browse?
Opening a page here, as on nearly any website, leaves a brief technical entry in the logs of the servers that deliver it. That entry may hold the IP address of the request, the browser and operating system your device announces, the address requested, the page you came from, and a timestamp. We make no attempt to work out who you are from it, and we do not assemble it into a profile. It is there so that pages load properly, faults can be traced, and attacks such as mass scraping or a flood of traffic can be spotted and stopped.
To stop a single source flooding the form with automated messages, the server counts recent submissions per IP address for a short while. That count is kept in working memory only. It is never saved to a database, never attached to your enquiry, and disappears whenever the server instance restarts.
Who else handles it?
We have kept the list of outside organisations as short as the site allows. Each one below plays a part in running it. We name them so that you know how the site is put together, not to suggest any partnership, endorsement or certification, and every one of them works under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Resend carries enquiry emails from the website to our mailbox, so the content of your enquiry passes through its systems on the way.
- Vercel hosts the website, delivers its pages and keeps the request logs described earlier.
- Cloudflare, when traffic is routed through it, stands in front of the hosting to direct requests and screen out automated abuse, and handles request data in order to do so.
- The provider of our business email stores and processes the messages that reach us, as any mail service must.
Some of these companies run servers outside India, which means your information can be processed in another country. We depend on the contractual and security undertakings they publish, and none of them has our permission to use your information for its own ends.
Does this site use cookies or analytics?
You will find no advertising technology or cross-site tracking here. A hosting or security service in front of the site may still place a cookie it strictly needs to keep the site running, and our Cookie Policy goes through that in detail.
On this deployment, no analytics or measurement script runs and we place no cookies of our own. That rules out Google Analytics, heat maps, session recordings and marketing pixels alike. Should that change, both this page and the Cookie Policy will be rewritten to say so.
How is it protected?
- Every page is delivered over HTTPS, which encrypts the traffic between your browser and the site.
- The application adds security headers to its responses, which make content injection and clickjacking harder.
- The server repeats every check your browser has already made, and drops any field it does not expect.
- A hidden trap field and a submission limit filter out most automated form spam.
- With no database behind the website, there is no store of enquiries on it for anyone to break into.
- Only those who need to answer enquiries can get into the mailbox where they arrive.
We will not pretend that any way of sending or storing data is perfectly secure. The honest claim is a narrower one: your details are held in as few places as we could manage.
How long is it kept?
An enquiry email stays in our mailbox while it still serves the reason you sent it, and for as long as Indian tax, accounting and contract rules require us to keep records. Conversations that go nowhere are cleared out once they plainly no longer matter. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless a particular legal duty obliges us to retain it. Server and security logs are short-lived, and the hosting and security providers keep them on their own schedules.
What can you ask us to do?
At any time, you are entitled to ask us to:
- tell you whether we hold personal information about you, and send you a copy;
- put right anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- erase information we have no further need to keep;
- stop using your information for a specific purpose;
- treat a consent you gave earlier as withdrawn.
Email aarvya.corporation@gmail.com, preferably from the address you first wrote from, or give us enough detail about the original enquiry to locate it. Before acting, we may ask a question or two to make sure the request really comes from you. Reasonable requests cost nothing. If our answer does not satisfy you, say so and we will review it.
What else should you know?
Other websites
A link from here to a site we do not run takes you outside this policy. That site’s own privacy terms govern what happens there, we cannot control how its owner treats your information, and linking to it does not mean we vouch for its practices.
Updates to this page
This page is revised when the website changes the way it works, or when the law calls for it. The date near the top is the date of the version you are reading. Any significant change appears here no later than the moment it takes effect, so a quick look before your next enquiry is worthwhile.
A question about this policy?
Whether something above needs explaining or you want us to act on one of the requests it describes, email us and name the policy you are writing about. Letters can go to the postal address underneath.
