Why this site is background reading rather than advice, why a technology we name implies no partnership or endorsement, and what we cannot promise.

RevisedCovers aarvyacorporation.com

Everything on aarvyacorporation.com is published to tell you about Aarvya Corporation and the work we take on. Before you rely on any of it, it helps to know what that material is meant to do and where its limits lie, which is what this page explains.

How should you read what is published here?

As background, not as advice. We describe our services, the technologies we use and the way we work so that you can judge whether a conversation with us is worthwhile. None of it is technical, legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, and none of it tells you that a given platform, framework or architecture suits your circumstances. For a decision that affects your business, get advice from someone who has looked at the whole of your situation.

The same applies to any diagram, illustration or graphic you see here. Each one is a sketch of an idea about how something fits together. It does not show a real client system, a real product screen or real results, and it is not evidence of any of those things.

Does naming a technology mean we are partnered with its owner?

Product names, company names and trademarks that appear on this website belong to their owners. We mention them only to say what we work with, and no partnership, endorsement or affiliation should be read into that.

We mention operating systems, programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms and developer tools by name because that is the clearest way to show you what we work with. A mention does not mean the owner of that name has reviewed, approved, certified or sponsored us, or that we have any partnership with them, and this site makes no claim of that sort. Among the marks referred to are:

  • Google LLC: Google, Google Cloud, Android, Jetpack, Firebase, Flutter.
  • Apple Inc.: Apple, iOS, Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode.
  • Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates: AWS, Amazon Web Services.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: React, React Native.
  • Oracle Corporation: Java, MySQL.
  • Other respective owners: Kotlin, Next.js, Vercel, TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Git.

Do you own one of these marks and want it described differently? Email aarvya.corporation@gmail.com and we will deal with it.

Our independence

AARVYA CORPORATION is an independent business that builds software and manages digital advertising.

Where this website names another company, an advertising platform, an operating system or a product, it does so only to identify it, to explain compatibility or to describe a service.

Naming them does not mean they sponsor, endorse, partner with or are affiliated with us; any such relationship would be stated explicitly and backed by documents.

Can you count on a particular result?

No, and it would be misleading to suggest otherwise. How a piece of software performs depends on the requirements behind it, the scope agreed, how complete and timely the inputs are, the platforms it runs on, and choices made during the project and afterwards, many of them outside our hands. We therefore promise no particular business outcome, and nothing on this site should be taken as such a promise. That covers revenue, growth, downloads or installs, search positions, conversion rates, uptime and performance benchmarks. Where we manage advertising, it also covers ad approval, account status, return on ad spend and cost per install, all of which depend on the advertising platform and the market. If a measurable target truly matters to you, it should be written into the project agreement in terms that both of us can check.

Are prices or commitments published here?

Not anywhere on this site. You will not find a quotation, a price, an estimate of cost or time, or an agreement to take on a job. Commercial terms are set only in a quotation, proposal, statement of work or contract made between us, and that document overrides anything published here. Our Terms & Conditions cover this more fully.

Is the information current?

Keeping pages up to date

We try hard to keep this website correct. Software platforms and their rules move fast, though, and a page can go stale before we next revise it. We cannot promise that what you are reading is complete, correct or current right now, and we may alter any part of it without warning. If something here bears on a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm where things stand in writing.

When the site is unavailable

The site is offered “as is” and whenever it happens to be available. We give no assurance that it will run without interruption or error, that it is free of anything harmful, or that it works on every browser and device. We may take it offline at any moment, for maintenance or because of something we cannot control, without telling you first.

What about websites we link to?

Some pages point to sites that belong to others, for example platform documentation or the home of a technology we use. We do not control those sites. A link is there because it is useful, not as an endorsement, and we take no responsibility for what those sites say, whether they are online, what their terms are or how they treat your information. Whether to follow a link is up to you.

How far does our liability go?

As far as the law permits, Aarvya Corporation accepts no liability for loss or damage that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. That includes indirect and consequential loss, and lost profit, business, goodwill or data. Liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit is unaffected. Liability for services we deliver under an engagement is governed by our Terms & Conditions and the agreement for that project, and the way we handle what you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.

Spotted something wrong?

If a page looks inaccurate, out of date or likely to mislead, please tell us; we would much rather hear about it than leave it in place. Send the page address and what you noticed to aarvya.corporation@gmail.com, and we will check it and put it right if it needs correcting.

A question about this policy?

Whether something above needs explaining or you want us to act on one of the requests it describes, email us and name the policy you are writing about. Letters can go to the postal address underneath.
