What Should You Send Us?
A few lines describing the problem are enough to begin. The form below delivers them to us by email, and if you would rather use your own mail app, the address is on this page as well.
The Enquiry Form
A rough description is fine; a formal brief is not expected. Say what exists today, what is not working or what you would like to exist, and who it is for. If designs, documents or an older system are involved, mention them so our reply can start from them.
After you send it
What Happens Once You Press Send?
Nothing here comes with a timeframe attached. It is simply the order things happen in.
It is read in full
Your message is read properly from start to finish. No automated acknowledgement is sent in place of an actual answer.
Questions come back by email
Where the scope, the platforms or the existing systems are unclear, the reply asks about them directly, so what follows is based on your situation and not on assumptions.
A written outline, if the work suits us
You receive a short written outline: how we would approach it, the scope as we have understood it, and what a sensible next step looks like. If it does not suit us, we say so plainly.
What you send arrives with us as an email and is not stored in a database or any other system. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
The dropdown
Which Service Should I Pick in the Form?
The nearest one will do. It only helps with the first read; the description you write tells us far more, and choosing an option commits you to nothing.
